Hey everyone I recently got 2 blood panels done a month apart (was feeling rubbish and have a lot of stress in my life last 6months), I'm looking for some help understanding if I have low test as my doctor can't fit me in for 3 weeks

Here goes...
Age 33. Ranges

Free t4 12.7 pmol/L. 9-19
TSH 1.9 mU/L. 0.3-3.5

FSH 3 U/L. <10
LH 2 U/L. <9
Oestradiol 67 pmol/L. 55-165
Prolactin 190 mIU/L. <500
DHEAS 8.7 umol/L. 4.3-12.2
Testosterone 15 nmol/L. 11-40
SHBG 29 nmol/L. 10-70
Free testosterone 315 pmol/L. 260-740
IGF-1 23 nmol/L. 15-40
IGF binding protein-3 137 nmol/L. 115-240
Cortisol 525 nmol/L. 160-650

If anyone could give me some insight it would be greatly appreciated!!

15 nmol/l your at 432 ng/dl which is a tad on the low side of your age. your average for your age is around 21 nmol/L Though i'm not sure if thats enough to warrant TRT. Your fsh and LH.. are important and are low.. but still in range..barely.

you should really run a full panel with fasting. There could be things your missing that make you feel "off"

Stress != reason for trt.

in the end of the day? you might be able to get on trt.. its up to your doctor, then you have to decide if you want to give yourself a shot 1x-2x a week or put a gel on yourself every single day.

This was actually a full panel... I just left out vitamin levels etc the previous test my test was 13 nmol by looking i thought my stress hormone cortisol seemed high on my second test?

By off I mean tired, I don't feel like sex and have feelings of depression which my psych is monitoring.

My next question was I have never done a cycle while I do want to feel better I understand testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) is for life is there a way of raising it somehow? The doctor did talk about hgh, can it get my test up?

considering your igf1 was 23.. I don't think there is a need for HGH.. maybe Australia doctor rules are different but here in the states... thats not going to get you anywhere.

Here its difficult to get your doctors to do anything if you are in any sort of a "normal range".. specialists will tend to favor the lower numbers more and give you a system to help you.. case point example my buddy went to a endo. his T level were 303 and he was 35.. he described how he was feeling etc and said basically i don't feel 21 any more. what did the endo do? gave him a rx for Viagra :-/ needless to say he is now getting a second outside opinion since he is on tricare/active military.
