Need help. Which steroids

alright guys, im new to all this and have now decided to take steroids to build myself up.only problem is that i dont know what to take and i am looking for some advice.
im 6"2 and weigh 9.5st been this sort of build all my life. i am visiting the gym and think i would benefit from some steroids. so please guys any help would be great.
 
you need to learn about diet AND trainning before you go and mess with steroids.
they wont do shit if your not already growing. I told this to a friend that i know and he sead yah yah i know (must have thought i was full of shit i guess) thinking it is a merical grow. guess what hee took 2X what i did of dec and test and for 7 months straght and all he gained was water and 3 or so pounds wich he lost after he stopped and acually was down 5lb from when he started after a few months.


sorry to break it to you theres no easy way.
and IF you are dedicated and seriouse then you should have no issue learning about diet and trainning before steroids and putting on 10-15lbs over the next 4 yrs. THEN maybe looking at steroids.

freqfly, he is asking for advice, thats good isn't it???? if thats the best you can offer then i'm glad you stayed out of it.
crchy, you do not need steroids bud.
What you need is a good diet and training regime and a hell of a lot of dedication, then you will achieve you're goals.
If you are serious about it then first port of call is the diet and training section, you get this sorted and i guarantee you will gain some serious muscle.
 
so how do i learn about whats the best diet i know all white foods like pasta potatoes fish chicken etc are the best but what else do i need to know. as i said im new to this and dont havea clue

You really do need to start reading and researching everything you can about bodybuilding, including diet and training.

This is not something we can simply teach you in a post or two on a discussion borad.

The internet is a very powerful tool....use it to your advantage.
 
aim for 160-200grams of protien every day (since you are light soon you should aim 200-300g range but for now this should be ok)
300-400g carbs every day (few slices of tost, some pasta, a few cups of juice and your there!) carbs are preatty easy to get in..... too easy lol.
30ish g of FATS every day!!! it it more important then you think. but good fats not synthetic or deepfrieing fats. (add a few teap spoons of oliv oil to your pastas and other foods. take 5-7g of fish oils ed done)

and most importantly stay 500cal ABOVE your you maintence cals.
that i canno tell you you would have to figure that out with trial and error. but heres a tip: if your losing lbs or not gaining any pounds then your eather below or at that level and need to add 500 or so calorise (a meal or waight gain shake for eg)
Ill sugest you try out gettign 3500cals every day split into 3-4 meals and 2-3 protein drinks.

a blender is your friend!!
this is a good waight gainer (id stay away fron store made ones as there usally just alot of shit in it)

ok this in your ol blender for a 1000+ calorie drink (with about 125+g protein and alot of carb and fat)
1- banana
hand full frozen berrys
3-4 tbs of penutbutter
4 scoops of whey protein powder (iso-whey if you can)
*maybe a few squrts of chocolate syrup to make liek a rees cup taste*
fill up with milk,rice milk or soymilk
and blend.

thats abotu 2 servings of 700ish calories drink one and put the other one in a damn water bottle or w/e for later.

i do this daily and make a few other shakes for mid day and before bed but with only water.
 
thanks guys realy useful info will take it all on board. im off to the super market to refil my cupboards.
and i do tend to eat alot ,just tends to come out the other end just as fast as im putting it in ,lol.
thanks for the blending diet will try that and see how i get on.
