Need help with ai first time user

Cycle
600mg test cyp 12 wks(3rd week)
every 3 days

my question is what days do i take arimedex? I read to take the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) eod but if i do it falls on injection day which i was told not to run it on injection day?
Should i run test
mon/thurs or tues/fri and just take the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) day before?
Also what do i look at if Aromatase inhibitor (AI) is working other than i still havent felt gyno?

The test twice a week like you said is fine. Just run the arimidex starting at .25mg or .5mg eod. The Aromatase inhibitor (AI) should help with keeping blood pressure in check, keep water weight down, may help with libido as long as estro is not driven too low.

But what confuses me is
Is it ok to take Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on injection day because eventually it does fall on it?

Yeah I always take mine on injection day. I really don't feel that it matters all that much. Both of these will build up in the system to stable levels.
