Need help with arimidex dosage

So i started my first test e 500mg/week cycle yesterday and did my first pin (1 cc) at first i decided to not take arimidex only if i get gyno symptons but now after reading abit on the forums i have changed my mind and i decided to take arimidex. I have 1,5mg tabs which are very small and i wonder what dose should i take, and do i start taking it from day 2? Any help is appreciated!

General rule of thumb is .25mg EOD. Follow up with blood work and adjust the dose as needed.

gyno is not the only side you may face, high estro levels may also cause mood swings, low libido, bloating...
i use anastover of 20-25 mg eod, depending in bw results.
