ok, here it is. im 5'7 205 im kindof guessing here but i would say my bodyfat is somewhere around 16-20% could be less. im sure i have alot of problems like everyone else. im very cut on my legs, i have veins popping out everwhere. my legs, arms etc. but i have a fucking gut that wont go away. im been doing a diet like this:
2 days = 30carbs or less, lot of protein around 300gms
1 day= 100 carbs, same protein i just add rice with this day
2 days= 30 carbs or less, protein the same
1= cheat day
im currently taking hydroxycut hardcore, and im on some test. has anyone ever taken relacore?
i do cardio 3-5 days a week of like 30 min each.
go very hard in gym as far as weightlifting
