hey guys alright i got a few questions that are probably easy ones to answer but i know everyones got their own names for different excersizes so if you could help and explain what these are itd be a huge help.... i need to know what kind of excersize a lateral raise and supinated grip pull-down/up and glute/ham raise thanks a lot for the help

Lateral raise is for your shoulders, you hold a db by your side and raise your arm up sideways.
Pull up is...you got it...a pull up. Pull downs are where you sit at a special machine and pull the bar down, same motion as a pullup except your body stays put. Supinated grip is palms up.
I don't do glute/ham raises so I can't help you there.

supinated means to rotate the hands so that they are facing you.

the term supinating does indeed imply a rotation of the forearm. however I would like to see you try and rotate your forearms whilst gripping a chin bar.

put simply a supinated grip pull up, means a pull up with your palms facing you
