Hi,I am glad things are going so well for you sawaiz,i have been busy the last couple of days or i would have replied sooner.
Yes you can bet that letro has lowered your estrogen to the point where your joints are feeling 'dry'.
Given that you do not believe you have a bad case of gyno and your pharmacy guy seems very reasonable, yes exchange it,you need to have some estrogen floating around so leave off any A.I. fpr 4 or 5 days and see how your joints feel then start your adex,0.5 tab EOD.
As for your Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) the point of which is to not let your own testes fall asleep for too long and shrink.is it premixed or 2 separate vials? if it is 2 then it will be 1ml,use a 1ml insulin needle a one tenth will give u 500 iu,so basically half of that twice per week throughout our cycle.
if you can dilute it to 2ml (using bacteriostatic water then one tenth will give u 250iu).
Do not worry that you have missed your first 2 to 3 weeks it is not a heavy cycle and provided you start and follow PCT you should be fine with nolva/clomid.
I will post a PCT article very shortly for you, good luck and you are very welcome to the advice.
