Need help with this cutting diet please.

Btw, if you've hit a plateau and don't have room to drop the calories any more, and are already doin a shit ton of cardio. Drop all cardio, eat at maintenance for a couple weeks, and hit it again... slowly adding cardio back in, and tapering down the cals. Sometimes our bodies need a little "reset" to get the lbs coming off again.
 
Hey fellas Im down to 219 now. Im just curious if yall think I could lose faster, slower, or if yall think im right on track. Again I want to lose this abdominal fat while maintaining as much muscle as possible. I'm only hitting the seated bike 4 times a week for 30 min a day. I've been thinking about going back to jogging on the treadmill or joggin outside for 30 a day but i don't want to over do it. thx.
