Need Help!!

hey guys..
alright i have my split all worked out. it is as follows
mon-back/bi's

tues-off

weds chest/tris

thusday-off

fri-shoulders/traps

sat-legs/forarms?

sun-off

so u guys think i should do cardio on my days off or just do it at the begining of my works outs?? whats better at the begining or end??

now for what i need help in.. i dont know what i should do for sets and reps??? i usally stick to aroung 4 sets and go 10-8-6-5. also i know your suposed to add weight but has anyone ever tried.. starting at your max and working down increasing reps???? thanks guys i really need some help on this one

really???? is that what u do ? how much time should i spend at the gym ??? seems like alot to be doing in one day??
