need help..

I have read 3j's sticky and learned alot but wanting to go ahead and post up my own diet that i have been doing and just wanting to get some more kinks out of it and make it a little better for a nice cut for summer. I am a college student so what i can cook and buy is low.

currently lifting 4 days a week and doing cardio on 3-4 days a week depending on work and school schedual. running is around 30 min on the tred mill, bike ect... just depends on which machines are open and if the weather is good outside.

current diet:
meal 1: 8 am
1/2 cup of oats added honey
3 slices of pinapple
serious mass shake

meal 2: 11 am-1pm
8oz grilled chicken breast w/o skin
1/2 brown rice or can of corn/green beans

meal 3: pre w around 4ish
2 slices whole wheat toast with natural peanut butter.
pw supplement

meal 4: post w around 6ish
2 scoops whey protien, 1 tsp peanut butter and 1/4 cup oats. YUMMM

meal 5: dinner 830-9ish
8oz grilled chicken or talapia(sp)
2 read potatoes or veggies depend on meal 2.

meal 6: bed time snack
handful of almonds or something to munch on.

i sometimes change out the chicken with steak, hamburger meat lean, spaghetti or soemthing else a college kid can afford. And yes i do cheat with hamburger helper sometimes.

Any way to help revise this diet would be great. thanks guys.
 
steak should be eating later in the day.. it actually looks decent man.. esp knowing the budget students are on (i would know, i am one)...

got macros for this?
