i am lookin for a new routine. i was wondering if anyone has a link or can post a routine that is more football/sports oriented. last year during spring practice i started to lift and i was doing my college workout and put on 30 pounds in two and a half months. naturally and only eatting 4 meals a day and some creatine. I think workout where i progress and doing multi body parts a day is best also explosive excercises. if anyone has a routine or anything that would be great.
