need opinions for my post cycle treatment

ok in 2weeks I'll be coming off of 3months of test cyp600mg/wk & deca 300mg/wk, also did dbol first 6weeks at 40mg/ed. Now I have Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and nolvdex, when should I start these? and at what doseages? and for how long?
I KNOW THERE ARE OTHER PRODUCTS TO USE FOR POST CYCLE, BUT I AM JUST LOOKING FOR OPINIONS ON WHAT I HAVE.

You should know this BEFORE you start your cycle. How do you have any idea that I know what I'm talking about?

A week after ur last shot of deca, start Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) @ 500ius ED for 2 weeks with 20 mgs of nolva...after bump nolva to 40 mgs for 2 weeks then drop it to 20 mgs for AT LEAST another 2 weeks (preferrably 5)

I would have started hcg before.... and even some nolva, maybe.
