hi i am a 33 yr old male i am 1.89m tall and weigh just under 130kgs i need to sort myself out fast as i play rergular rugby but never fit enough carrying alot of fat . i started spinning and feel its working but here is the problem we start our rugby season in 5 weeks and i need to lose a few kg's by then but also need to harden up and gain strength.i know that its not the right way to go but what chemicals can i take to assist me
