Need Some Advice About Workout Way During Use Steroid & Supplements

i need some advice about best way for gain mass during use steroid and supplements my workout i do now (Saturday workout biceps and triceps - Sunday workout my chest and lat - Monday workout my back and lat - Tuesday rest - Wednesday workout my shoulder and trabiz - Thursday workout my quads and calves - Friday rest ) and abs workout i do 3 times in week

the supplements will use (whey protein,no xplode,creatine,glutamine,animal pak)

the steroid will use (cidotestone - testolic perpionate testerone - Deca )

will start this cycle from tomorrow so i dont know if workout same my old workout way or workout 6 days in week or workout 2 times per day i so confused
 
my weight 68 kg , my high 180 cm , my cycle is (first 6 weeks of it taking per week 500 mg deca , 500 mg enthanate testerone - 50 mg perpionate testorone testolic every day and from week number 7 stop take perpionate testerone testolic and just use 500 mg deca per week until week number 10 then stop deca and 500 mg per week of enthanate testerone until week number 12 and week number 13 and 14 use per week of it perganyl 5000 iu per week of them and from start cycle until end use nolvadex 20 mg per day and legalon and from week number 16 start use clomid until week number 18 and my food and supplements cycle this is it (first meal at 7am 125 gram of oats plus on it 3 cuts banana and whey protein 30 gram and milk and glutamine - second meal at 10am 3 boiled potato and bread (not white bread ) and egyptian food call fol - third meal at 12 pm 10 boiled eggs 7 of them only eat from it white part and 3 of them eat the whole egg and boiled potato and bread - at 1:30 pm taking No Xplode and Animal pak - 2pm go to gym - at 4 pm taking 5 gram creatine and 60 gram whey protein - four meal at 5 pm eating 1/4 KG of chicken chest and pasta - five meal at 8 pm eating 180 gram of tuna meat with bread and green salad - six meal at 10 pm eating bread with cheese and milk and some fruits- at 11:30 pm drink 30 gram of whey protein - at 12 am go to bed ) plus drink per day plenty of water maybe 6 liter or 8 liter of water per day

so let me get this cycle right because i'm having hard time following this.
week 1-6: 500mg/week test prop., 500 mg/week Deca, and 350 mg/week (50 mg/day) perpionate testorone testolic. and 20 mg/day nolva
week 7-10: 500 mg/week Deca. and 20mg/day nolva
week 10-12: 500 mg/week tests E. 20,g/day nolva
week 13-14: 5000 iu/week perganyl. 20 mg/day nolva
week 16-18: clomid and 20 mg/day nolva
please correct that (in the format i used) if any of it is wrong.
i do have a few questions/thoughts though:
1) how many cycles have you done in the past?
2) while you do look very lean in the video you posted, you have to be fuckin crazy to use over a gram of gear a week. 500 mg test and 500 mg deca with 350 mg perpionate testorone testolic????????? thats A LOT if gear, expecialy for somebody your size.
3) why are you dropping test and only using deca?
4)why are you switching to a longer ester testosterone for the last few weeks? just stick to one test base.
5) your training program has you doing lats 2 days in a row? is that a typo? please hire a trainer and/or nutritionist. i would highly recomend John Meadows (aka Mountaindog), or Shelby Starnes.
 
well you got me wrong XD

first 6 weeks of my cycle it will be (500 mg deca per week , 500 mg enthanate testorone per week , 50 mg perpionate testorone testolic per day )

from week number 7 i drop perpionate testorone testolic and use only (500mg deca per week , 500mg enthanate testorone per week )

after week number 10 i drop deca and useing 500mg enthanate testorone per week and clomid and perganyl and nolnadex and legalon no change at them

and i did one cycle before from 15 monthes ago was the cycle for 10 weeks used in it (200 mg deca per week, 200 mg cypionate testorone per week , and week number 8,9,10 i droped deca and used with cypionate primobolan depot 3 times per week
 
ok, i got you now. i still think that is WAY to much gear for you. go with 400 mg. test and 300 mg. deca for about 10 weeks, and i wouldnt bother with the third compound. then after your last pin, start nolva at 40/40/20/20 and clomid at 100 mg. the first 3 days and 50 mg/day for the rest of your post cycle therapy (pct). the key is to keep your cycles as simple as possible, and since this is only your second time on AAS, there is no reason to be on over a gram a week of gear.
for training, try an upper/lower split. so you would lift upper, lower, off, upper, lower, off, off, repeat.
one more question though. how old are you?
 
23 years old, you did your first cycle at 22. Deffinitly a little young IMO, but each to his own. How did your blood work come back after your last cycle and how is your blood work now?
i think a better way to spend your money and time would be with a good trainer and nutritionist. i already listed two geat guys to work with, i would strongly recomend contacting them as soon as possible.
 
i was made from month liver test blood and sperm test and it was good as old :d

The pre or post work out supplements you use already guide for it. If you need proper results the best way is to consult with physio.
 
I think you would do well with a 5x5 type routine like in one of the sticky post above. Heavy weight less volume focus on the compound movements like squat, deadlift, bench press. Keep volume lower and keep workouts less than hour or hour 15 min or so
