Living the dream
I know that abs are not made in the gym they are made in the kitchen, my diet is on point. I think the only fats I eat purposely are cashews. Other than that, I'm high protein, low-mid carbs. I've have heard that everybody has abs, you just cant see them cause they are covered by fat. If you didn't have abs you'd be limp as a noodle. I'm am not fat at all. I'm pretty slim. 28yrs old. 5'5. 158lbs. since I been working out hardcore for the past 4 months I have noticed my weight staying pretty much the same. My starting weight was 165 but I look way more muscular now than before. I was doing sit-ups and crunches everyday for the first couple months, but lately I've been training my abs like any other muscle. Ntm 20min of cardio with every strength training workout. My stomach is definitely looking much flatter. And I am just starting to see a little definition. My question is at this point what is more important? should I just keep doing what I'm doing? Am I training enough? Should I go even more hardcore on my diet and just wait for them to appear? Anyone who know's what I'm saying I can give you a pic for further assessment? I am very happy with what my body is becoming it just seems like abs are the most desired and the hardest to achieve. btw I signed up for shaunT's insanity workout at my gym for today, figured I'd give that a try.
