Need some advice

Whats goin on everybody?

I need some help with setting up a diet, and also are there any good supplements out there that anybody would recommend for losing some weight pretty quick?

I work out Monday thru Friday....but its not doing me too good because I eat whatever.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Would help to know a little more like weight height measurments ect. Also do search on the forum this topic has been addressed by many.
Any way make sure you set a goal first. Then throw out any of the crap food you have in the house.

Here is what i did to loose weight. 50 pounds and 5 inches.

to start you must cut out all sugar from your diet and up your protien.
Eat good carbs like Stone ground whole wheat or things that are high in fiber.
Make sure you are eating 5 small meals per day.
I like to get about 300 grms of protien a day half from food the other half from protien shake(isopure) it is zero carb and 200 cals and 50 grms of protien. I really like it. I would also for the first couple of weeks limit your calorie intake to about 1400 cals per day. then slowly add more good calories into you diet as the weeks go on.

I AM NO DOCTOR OR NUTRITIONIST!!!! THIS IS JUST THE WAY I LOST WEIGHT.

Well I am 6'2 and now 175 so we are similar body type. But be aware I did loose some muscle. I Became alot more cut but lost some of my bulk. I am trying to put it back on but it hasn't been easy so just be aware of that.

Yes, we do have a similiar body type. I have very broad shoulders...I really dont want to lose too much in my upper body only my "love handles"...I guess I will have to deal with it...
