Need some answers regarding bloodwork and testosterone levels

Long story short....

I have a doc who is willing to prescribe me TRT finally to help me with my low T. I know I have low T based on blood work I have taken about 10 times over the past 5 years while taking no exogenous testosterone. Unfortunately the doc is not only looking at my past blood work but he has also requested I have some new blood work done before he will start me on his TRT protocol.

Unfortunately and ironically I am currently 4 weeks into my first "blast" in over a year and a half! Bad timing! lol

I got some blood work done privately so I could see where I am at and it came back with the following:

Testosterone
A
47.0
ref 8.4-28.8
nmol/L
Testosterone Free Calculated
A
1484
ref 170-630
pmol/L
Method of Vermeulen
Testosterone Bioavailable Calculated
A
35.7
ref 4.7-15.0
nmol/L

As expected, everything is currently too high and I need to drop everything back down before going for the blood work that will be sent to the doc.
I was 3 weeks into my 500mg/week blast (250mg Tues/Sat)
My last shot was on December 2, 250mg Test Cyp
Blood work above was drawn on December 5th.

How long should I wait until I go get the blood drawn that will be sent to the TRT doc? I would like all levels to be as low as possible. Should I be safe by the New Year. That will be over 4 weeks since my last shot? Obviously I am not doing any PCT currently either.

Hard to say. The key will be getting your Total Testosterone, LH and FSH back in the hypogonadal range you were before. Without PCT it could take longer. Maybe give it a couple months after your last injection. This is a guess though. Ideally, just get blood work for them and see when they look decent and in the range where he will prescribe yih something.

Have you been doing TRT on your own? If so, who knows how long it will take for your numbers to come back.

Ya I've been doing TRT on my own as I've always been low but in reference range so no doc would help me out. I just need my bloods to be on the low end of normal and this new doc will help me out. Wouldn't I be pretty shut down and low after stopping cold turkey for over a month?

Yeah. Maybe too low. If he sees that your LH and FSH are zero he will know you have been on something. You need to look at the whole picture. It isn't just Total Testosterone. Life might suck for you while you try to go batty again and get your numbers lined up where he will treat your for hypogonadism.

How many cycles would you say you have under your belt?
After your first cycle or two did you ever feel fully recovered after coming off PCT?
Have you had your levels tested before AAS?

You will be safeish after Jan 15....
you're going to have some dirt low levels by then...

I've done probably 10 cycles in my lifetime, most were in my 20's. I've only done 3 in my 30's including this current "blast" which I was only on for 3 weeks, last shot Dec 2 of 250mg. Basically I need that 1484 number to come down under 300 which is where my bass line number has generally been in the past when not taking any exogenous testosterone.
