Hey guys well ive been going gym for about 7 months now and i cannot see much gains, i must be doing something wrong i dont know if its to do with my training or my diet.
I am 20 years old 6ft 2 and weigh about 14 stone 2
if anyone has any advice please share it as i feel i could be making alot better gains then what im oready making.
My training is uper/lower
monday uper
tues lower
wed rest
thurs uper
fri lower
Things i do for upper is...
Bench press and incline
Shoulder press with shrugs
pulldown wid bent over row
biceps curls and skull crushers
Lower.......
Squats
leg press
calf raises
jumping wid weight on back
For my diet i always try to have 3-5 eggs scrambled with toast in the morning
then ill just try eat as much protein/carbs thru out the day.....
