hey guys i need some serious help here.. im looking to change my routine and i have read up on all of the following..

Doggcrap
5x5
DFHT

they all seems like very good programs with alot of logic to back each of them up..
so thats wheremy prob is i have to pick on. so im asking ppl who have done some of these what they think? say for example they noticed they bulked up more on a certain program and cut up more on another?

Doggcrap to mee seems like a bulking method.

please let me know i could really use some good advice..
 
bro just pick one and go with it. also on the "do deadleft thicken waist" thread on page 6 or so, Pullinbig has a basic routine posted in it too. all of these are good routines. the best bet is to pick one, and use it for say 8 weeks or so and see how you respond too it. nothing is 100%.

you got the rest of your life to do tis stuff. why the urgency to have a perfect routine. there aint one.
 
alright i am going to start the 5x5.. now my question is this.. im also starting a spring cycle..

test e-700mg wk,
winny 50mg ed

should i start this new program when i start my cycle or should i start it asap..????

You will not get your questions answered with any accuracy without this info. Just reading your post indicates you are fairly inexperienced. That is not a bad thing. yeah ive been training hard for 7 years. ive done 4 cycle.two of which included trenacc. im 22 im 5'8 210lbs 10 bf
 
i dont know why u needed to know all that when my only queston was about timing the start of my new training. and starting a cycle...
