need some help....please

i just started a cycle of test enath. 500mg for 12 weeks my diet is pretty simple and its the same everyday, but i think i need to get some more fat,can i please get some advise

meal 1
1 protein shake in water (50g protein)
1 bannana

meal 2 (3 hours later)
8 oz. chicken breast
1/2 c broccoli
1/2 c brown rice

meal 3 (3 hours later)
same as meal 2

meal 4 (3 hours later)
same as meal 3

meal 5 (3 hours later)
same as meal 4

meal 6 post workout shake

meal 7 protein shake in water(before bed)
 
I don't know how you can eat all that rice!
I don't like rice! Anyway, the diet does look good. Add a tablespoon of flax/udo's oil in to your diet three times a day. The Udo's Oil is 15g of fat(good fat!) per tablespoon. So that gives you an extra 135 calories for each tablespoon of oil. The natty peanut butter is also a good way to add some fat in there as well. You could also snack on some almonds. I just find the oil to be an easy way to get all the fats I need. :)
