Need some help with bulking

I have been working out no for about 2months and have noticed a change,but i want to start bulking up more. i have sorted my diet and im trying to get my bulking routine sorted but im soooo confused? I have read so much info about routines and i have no idea where to start really? Do i do 1 set of 10 reps at very heavy weights, or do i do 3 set of 10 kinda heavy? any help would be really good.
 
if by lift to fail you mean at the 6-8 rep range you are struggling to get 8 then yes, if by lift to fail you mean do a bunch of exercises till you can't lift anymore, no...keep it simple man, depending on what muscle group you're working you don't have to do as much as you think...split routine? like back and bicep? i'd keep it one muscle group a day
 
Ah right ok that helps. I can only make it to the gym 3 nites a week mon wed and fri thats still enough for bulking yeh? Thanks for the advice aswel :D

3 days is fine. look up the 5x5 routine, or westside for skinny bastards (WSFSB). both are great for adding mass and are very simple routines.
 
Thanks for the reply. Is there a standard 5x5 routine? Cos i have been looking and there is so much info im a little confused now :(
