I have been working out no for about 2months and have noticed a change,but i want to start bulking up more. i have sorted my diet and im trying to get my bulking routine sorted but im soooo confused? I have read so much info about routines and i have no idea where to start really? Do i do 1 set of 10 reps at very heavy weights, or do i do 3 set of 10 kinda heavy? any help would be really good.
