jesus h fuck! 122lbs?? how tall are you? up the dose to 500mg per week if you want to gain weight spilt into 2 injections, but make sure you grab an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) to run with those dosages. how long are you planning on running the test for

Dude u r too young and small for AAS. Thats a good way to get injured. Dial in your diet and focus on a more reg workout routine.
Secondly its a really low dosage to expect much gains to really justify even doing them. Why not the normal beginner 400-500mgs a wk for 12 wks?

Like i said im new to all of this a guy in my unit turned me onto test e said for myvsize to start low and work my way up im not "small" for my weight i have tone and look like a solid 150 but im obviously not. i have a problem putting weight on with just a good diet

if hes gonna do AAS then 250 would be more than enough for him with his size, i bet he is just starting lifting. he shouldnt be on any at all but w/e. you still see decent gain with 250.

Thats the thing, shouldn't really be doing AAS at all. There should several years of training and and focus on diet before u make that decision. The natural gains for him can still be plentiful at his age and weight. Weight gainers and prohormones even before AAS.

Unless you're 5"1" you have issues to address before running test. You have been given some very bad advice.

Do you have a recent hormone panel and have you ever had a full thyroid evaluation? Right off the bat I'm thinking hyper-thyroid, again, unless you're extremely short.

And what do you consider eating right?

Mate no offence, but your life is shit. You are small as fuck, married at twenty one and fucking yourself up with steroids and have no idea with what you are doing. Sorry, but you are a lost cause.

You're lifting when you can? No doubt you need to establish solid training technique and discipline before you start putting needles in your muscles. Without a solid diet and proper technique you WILL get injured and most likely waste your money and time doing steroids.

122 lbs is light. I can see why you're ready to make a change. However, jumping head first into a steroid cycle is just plain dumb. Sorry man, but that's how i see it.

I'm glad you came to the forum, but diet and training is going to be the advice you'll get here.

You don't know what an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) is? How can people just start shooting stuff into their bodies and not know anything about what they are doing? I do not understand. A friend told him to do it so he is doing it. It is crazy talk.

If your only 122 pounds you need to start eating like a beast. You will gain weight just from Diet alone. Eat like 6-7 meals a day and train and you will grow. Steroids are not the answer.

I fully agree. How u can start pinning and not know exactly wtf is going on baffles me. Eating and eating the right food is the real answer. Its highly underrated in the younger generation, I know.

That statement is an impossibility unless you suffer from hyperthyroidism as 2Rude4u mentioned. You're "friend" does not have any qualifications to be making that sort of advice to you and if he did (and if you had done research beforehand) you'd know about an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) BEFORE starting any sort of cycle.

This. Steroids aren't a recreational drug where you can just use it whenever you want and go out and have fun. You need to research and think of the possible consequences. An Aromatase inhibitor (AI), PCT, nutrition and training are the fundamental things you should know about before even thinking of using steroids.

Damn 21 years old, 3 kids, working 10-12 hours a day and 122lbs?

May I suggest saving your money to feed your kids and yourself first..
