How do I increase Protein intake cheaply? I live in Thailand and protein shakes and other supplements cost a fortune and beyond my spending capacity! Milk, eggs, chicken breats, fish, tuna are more affordable and despite eating tons of it, I have not seen much growth! I also do not eat beef (as a religious compulsion)...any suggestions??!
