I wanted to see if someone with the right expertise could help point me in the right direction on a cycle and give me some constructive criticism on my diet and exercise regime. I am trying to stay discrete with asking around about supplementation and when I ask my BF it feels like I am getting advice that would be more helpful for a male. Us females are different. :)

I am 25, 5'7', 135lb. I have been lifting religiously for the last 5 years. From that alone I transformed my body from a flabby 155 to a semi-toned/defined 135...I think last time I checked I was around 14% BF. I feel like I have hit a plateau at this point and I REALLY want to take it to the next level to get a VERY WELL defined and toned physique. I am willing to do what it takes...I just need some direction. I tried clen/t3 a few years ago and was not happy with the outcome. I also briefly tried anavar a few months ago and felt like I was extremely bloated so I stopped taking it. What is a good cycle that would be good for the primary goal of fat loss/definition? I do not want to put on any more size or muscle.

Here is a typical day of Diet:

7am: 3 whites, 1 yolk & 1/2c old fash oats
10am: 4oz chicken, 1/2 sweet pot
1pm: 20g protein (shake), banana
4pm: 4oz chicken, 1/2c old fash oats
8pm: 3 whites, 1 yolk & 1 cup salad or 1/2c oats

Here is typical week of Exercise:

Mon: Chest/Abs/40min Interval Training TM
Tues: Quads/Calves/30min Ellipitical
Wed: Shoulders/Bis/Abs/40min Interval TM
Thurs: Hams/Calves/30min Ellipitical
Fri: Back/Tris/Abs/40min Interval TM
Sat: Abs/1 Hour Cardio
Sun: OFF

Vitamins:

General Multi
Fish Oil (Omega 3,6,9)
Vitamin A, C, D
Folic Acid
Calcium
CLA
CoQ10
St Johns Wort

Also, on Birth Control pills (Mircette - I am going to the GYN next week to discuss other options)

I really appreciate any advice here. :)

Just to point out....eat more veggies! I would also put in a bit more fats but it's up to you. Everything else looks good.

You could try out a ketogenic diet.

Okay...you tried anavar but it left you bloated? And no luck with clen? Winstrol will suck the water out of muscles giving you a more defined look but it can be hard on the joints and liver. You could also try primo but it is hard to come by.

Anavar or primo are the compounds I would suggest for you. I'd suggest you start low...5 mg or less per day and cycle for 4-8 weeks to see how the cycle goes.

You've plateaud.....you could also start to cut calories but I'm wondering how many you are at now. You don't want to go to low.

Also munch on veggies inbetween meals to keep that metabolism going.

Let me know what you think of these suggestions and which one sparks your interest and we'll delve into it a bit deeper.

Others will give their suggestions as well.

Miss Muscle:

Thank you so much for your input!

What do you think about the following mods to the diet?

7am: 3 whites, 1 yolk & 1/2c old fash oats
10am: 4oz chicken, 1/2 avocado, 1/2 sweet pot
1pm: 20g protein (shake), banana, 1c non-fat yogurt, 1TBSP nat peanut butter
4pm: 4oz chicken, 1c edamame or spinach, 1/2c old fash oats
8pm: 3 whites, 1 yolk & 1 cup salad
Before bed: 1/2c low-fat cottage cheese
*cucumber slices between meals
THIS PUTS ME AT ROUGHLY 1600 CALORIES PER DAY

question: would 100% whole wheat english muffins be okay instead of oats (24g carbs - 100cal)

Also, I forgot to list glucosamine chondrontrin on the supplement list...know it's not a big deal, but want to make sure I include all the information here.

I don't want to do the Winstrol because of the harmful effects. I was bloated in my first week of anavar before, but there may have been other contributing factors and I really didn't give it a chance, so I am definitely leaning my decision towards the anavar. Do you think that is going to cut the fat and DECREASE my overall size in conjunction with the diet and workout I am doing? I am just concerned that I am going to put on mass, which I really do NOT want to do.

I don't know very much about the Primo. I did do some reading on it and see that SOME women have had acne, hair loss and voice deepening. Do you know if these are very common?

Would I still get results doing anavar by itself?

Again, I appreciate all your help!

Give anavar another try....a fair shot. One week is not long enough. Start low...5 mg or 2.5 mg.

Some people can get away with wheat in their diet but most do not use it for serious cut so maybe don't replace the oatmeal with the muffin.

When dieting it is preferable to get whole foods over shakes because it works better on your metabolism so if possible replace shakes with a whole food protein. I know it can be hard at times.

You may also want to cut out dairy as it does have alot of sugar. I can still lose weight with cottage cheese personally and I am not lactose intolerant at all. However I do cut it closer to contest time. The banana has lots of sugar as well....perhaps replace it with fibrous veggies.

These little changes could help you and go a long way or perhaps they won't make much difference. It depends on your personal body chemistry.

Besides the little changes I suggest giving anavar one more try. Make sure you trust your source and start low.
