Need your help

I lost over the last 2 and a half month 40 lbs. I just can't get the rest of 15 off. I haven't taken anything regular due to i forget plus i am in Afghan so makes it kind of hard to get anything. I eat real good i think (chicken breast and fruits and lots of water)I want to have the bikini body when i go back in June.I want to find a good diet or something that will help with the last of the weight.
So any help that you all have or routine to tone just a little more please let this chica know.

Well, since you lost so much, so fast you could've burned some muscle, thus slowing down your metabolism. Another thing is that since youve probably cut your cals a good bit your body could've adapted by slowing down your metabolism as well.

Youre a nurse right? As soon as you wake up in the morning, take your body temp. This will be crucial because if youre under 97.5 or so that means your metabolism is slowed.


However, I do have a lifting routine mind mind which consists of short rests periods between sets for a great conditioning/lean body mass gainnig if youre interested.
 
Id take a few days to refeed then lay low for a couple weeks. losing that much weight that fast puts alot of stress on your body and throws your hormones out of whack. Loading up on good carbs will help remedy that. Then my suggestion would be after youre done doing that, get into some interval weight training.

thank you for all your advice. i did some not alot of wt training. i had a workout partner at the begining of all this but then that ended so it is just me now. So any wt training you all have i am game for.

... was going to post a new thread but then found this one... for those of you who have had children/lost a lot of weight quickly ... ( I lost 70 lbs in about 4 1/2 months after my son was born) ... He was over 9 lbs and breech so I just stretched and stretched some more ... I am perfectly happy with my current weight, however that little bit of skin on my LOWER LOWER abd. just above the pubic bone is DRIVING ME INSANE and I have heard a million different ways to "fix this" ... but NO idea where to even start or who to listen to... ANY personal experience/knowledge is VERY much appreciated! I'm back down to a size 2-ish but that skin is just gross to see in the mirror as far as I'm concerned :( ... Thanks Ladies!! :)
 
I know after my kids had the same thing. I started a new abd workout in the last 2 weeks. Already I see it all tighting and going away. What type of workout do you have?
