My goal is to reach 10% body fat. But I'm not getting results.
I consulted 2 nutricionists without results. The first one just replaced the sugars I was eating with sweetner but I continued not having results. The second one measured my basal metabolism and made me a diet with a deficit of 300kcal per day all with natural food, but eating everything she suggested made me increase weight and body fat.

So I made the stupid mistake of trying to eat less and less ending in eating about 1000kcal a day. This at first seemed to work, but some days after, I would eat almost nothing during the day and then at night while watching tv to sleep I couldn't resist to eat lots of food and sugars, resulting in not losing any weight.

And my problem now is that, during the day diet is ok, and at night if I don't recover the sugars I feel like I'm going to die.

Also I went to an endocrinologist and there was a problem: I have progesterone level above the normal level for a female (and I'm a male), but strangely after some more blood tests this doctor said not to worry about it (which I didn't understand why). Could this be causing my body fat to increase, and if so how can I drop it's level or cut it's effect?

If someone needs I'll post my complete diet.

Honestly, there isn't some big secret or special tactic to losing weight, if you burn more calories than you take in then you will lose weight, period. The goal shouldn't be to find some diet to get your weight down just to go back to unhealthy eating habits; the goal should be a lifestyle change to adopt healthy eating habits that give you the nutrients your body needs at amounts that your body can use. Up until 4 or 5 years ago, I was in the same boat as you. I was at about 20% bf trying to cut down and trying different diet routines. I still lifted at that time but felt pretty chubby and wasn't where I wanted to be with my body. I also had the night hungers like you talk about. Seriously, what I ended up doing was just straight up eliminating the fatty, carb-loaded processed foods from my fridge and pantry and replacing them with foods that are healthy to munch on. Fruits, vegetables, mixed nuts, grains, eggs, all kinds of fish and chicken and red meats... these are all staples of a healthy diet whether you are bodybuilding or just trying to be healthy. You don't want to be hungry and you certainly don't want to be only taking in 1000cal per day. You want to feel full (but not bloated) with healthy unprocessed foods. It's fine to have sugars in your meals but make those sugars come from things like fruits and sweet potatoes, not from sodas and cookies. It always helps with those late night munchies to have some healthy meals already made and in tupperware in the fridge, like tuna salad or fajita chicken with peppers and onions, to just heat up and have something healthy to eat. I know its convenient to just grab something quick (that may not be the healthiest option) out of the pantry when you get those cravings at night. It would definitely help us help you to have some idea of your normal eating habits and this topic would probably be better suited in the weightloss forum on this site. As far as the progesterone levels, I cannot say. Hopefully someone with better knowledge of that subject can chime in... Good Luck, it takes time and discipline but you can no doubt reach your goals if you stick to it.
