My goal is to reach 10% body fat. But I'm not getting results.
I consulted 2 nutricionists without results. The first one just replaced the sugars I was eating with sweetner but I continued not having results. The second one measured my basal metabolism and made me a diet with a deficit of 300kcal per day all with natural food, but eating everything she suggested made me increase weight and body fat.
So I made the stupid mistake of trying to eat less and less ending in eating about 1000kcal a day. This at first seemed to work, but some days after, I would eat almost nothing during the day and then at night while watching tv to sleep I couldn't resist to eat lots of food and sugars, resulting in not losing any weight.
And my problem now is that, during the day diet is ok, and at night if I don't recover the sugars I feel like I'm going to die.
Also I went to an endocrinologist and there was a problem: I have progesterone level above the normal level for a female (and I'm a male), but strangely after some more blood tests this doctor said not to worry about it (which I didn't understand why). Could this be causing my body fat to increase, and if so how can I drop it's level or cut it's effect?
