Well I am a year into starting bodybuilding seriously and its been awesome so far. I have been working hard on getting diet and everything in check. I went from 180 pounds and 44% body fat to 135 and 6%. I am currently at 180 pounds and around maybe 12% body fat I need to get it measured still.
