Needing some advice on moving forward

I have been out of the gym for a while. This past year I had stage 4 colorectal cancer and so far so good no active cancer cells after chemo and radiation.

I know diet is key.

I want to know who has had to deal with anything like this?
How long did you wait before going back to the gym?
Did you jump back on the juice and how long before you did?
TIA

I wouldnt advise steroids, possibly a lowish HRT dose if you have low natural levels.

I do not see an issue with working out/going to the gym, but I would assume diet is pretty important after your cancer.

Good luck

My mom went through chemo and radiation and I would just through out a year. It kills cancer so its extremely hard and poisonous like you probably already know.

When we had our septic tank inspected I was talking with the septic guy and he said if someone in a household is on chemo their body waste will kill off all the bacteria in an entire tank and system.

I remember the doctors telling us specifically not to lay with my mom or sleep in her bed.

I'm glad you've made it and are getting into training but your body has had to basically clean up Chernobyl and a toxic waste spill inside it. Gotta give your liver kidneys and everything else a break from it all.
