You can get syringes in MANY sizes and put whatever needle you want on them. There's no such thing as an IM syringe. A syringe is a syringe.

yeah, the glute can hold 5 cc's alright. That and quads if they're decent size. I wouldn't attempt 5 CC's anywhere really, even if the spot can hold it.
