Hey, I need some opinion for my current situation. I am a typical endomorph type of body. easily to gain weight and difficult to lose weight. I am 205lbs. 5 7 chinese. I am trying to bulk up and taking about 300g ptotein and 450g of carbs and <100g of fats evenly over six meals. I am always feel full because of frequent eating and sometimes feels like throwing out almost...is this typical for bulking up time? I mean I can take the feeling and energy in the gym. but I am just wondering if it is normal. please give advice.
Another question is that what if a person has a back injuries, especially between the shoulder blade. all the joints and legament are screwed. Hasn't been to the gym for 4-5 month and wants to come back to the gym. what exercises do you recommend to do for him to strength the musicle between the shoulder blade? expecially chest exercise....thanks
