needsize

Community Veteran
Took a few pics to check my condition...lighting sucks and washed everything out...I actually have a tan but you would never know from these pics.... Just have to drop water, as you can see there is tons left in my back

you're looking excellent size. what do your arms measure and wondering if we can see a front lat spread.

i was going to say get a tan, until i read you have one!

thanks guys
arms only measure 18" cold, the small frame definitely makes them look bigger, being that lean does as well
as for water, water manipulation, start a mild diuretic monday, wed and thurs water load by drinking tons of water, fri cut my water down to almost nothing and switch to a stronger diuretic like diazide and by sat morning you are dry as a bone

thnx for the prompt response. ure arms look over 19. for a second there i thought u lacked the lats for your frame. glad u proved me wrong with ure pic.

:bigok:

thanks, lats are okay but my I just dont have the shape to make them look huge, they improved a lot since the last show, but still need work

U look goog needsize. I think U will have no issues dropping that water on Ur back Imo. That was pretty quick too!!

what do you do for lats exercise?

over the years, everything!!
used to do heavy deads, ie 500lbs for sets of 10(have a vid of that around here somewhere), but they did nothing for my back...
so now its all heavy rowing, pulldowns, chins, etc, usually pretty high volume and I change the exercises every week or two...with this approach they changed a lot since the last show 2 years ago...still want more though

ah you're doing everything i'd do.

i have found what works for me is high dropping to low for growth and stregnth. maybe it will work for you too.

Maxing out on each set...
1st set for 8 reps
2nd set heavy for 6 reps,
3rd set heavy for 2 reps,
4th set heavy with same weight as 3rd set for 2 reps with spot on second rep,
5th set drop back down to weight used in 2nd set and now you can rep it for 10-12 reps easy
A sudden drop from high to low make the low weight feel even lighter than it really is.
You're shocking your muscles and working everything.

TiP: Squeezing the bar your hardest with a strong grip also helps left/push the weight.

And ofcourse, supersets

They look great I can fix the lighting a little take more and video your practice pose routine. Start with a Hi I'm and this is 5 days out from and end with hope you enjoyed it ..... be mister personality. I can edit video too.

Taking a few pic's of every pose would be great. Volume is what I looking for.

If I can find better lighting I'll do a vid like that, but havent been able to find anywhere except the gym, and there's never anyone around to take the shots...I do a photographer taking shots the day after, his work is really awesome, not conventional at all either, so I can send you those pics as well. He is doing stuff like taking shots with his guns(he has all the military stuff), and photoshopping one of my arms for a robotic one.... his work is really creative!

I dont squat anymore, was doing 500 for sets ass to the floor, and last year I tore something in my hip, so have stuck with hack squats, lunges and extensions
