I,m starting to use the 5x5 routine on my core lifts ,I find that I am able to lift alot more .Anyone that says it doesn,t work hasn,t tried it.

I believe someone was contending it is only good for bring up your 1RM... not for building size or superior strength... it wasn't written too well, so I had to make my own conclusions.
