Never Juiced...what to recommend.

6'2 and over 200lbs is easily achievable naturally. I know, I am 6'4. Bronx, I have known guys for years who thought they knew how to train, not saying you dont, and really all they did were continue the bad habits they picked up from high school or college. Hell, the first two years I worked out back and thought I was in there busting ass till a few older guys told me my form sucked. Then I studied on back exercises. My main point is: anybody can go in there and lift a weight, but are you doing it right?

I know reading these answers must be a bit frustrating for you bro. You just have to weed out all the good advise.

Asking "Why Test? Why not Deca?" says that you need to do more research - which you have already begun doing ... very good. If you have researched properly you will already know that Deca should not be run in a first cycle - let alone by itself. Im not trying to have a go at you mate - Im just worried you're going to go ahead and do this anyway.

Your question has been answered in my first post. Anyone who knows what they're talking about is going to tell you the same thing.

The types of food that you listed in your first post look good ... however I dont know how much of these foods you're eating. You didnt ask about your diet so Im not going to bang on about it.

Bronx, Here is some hoensty for ya. Not bashing you or nothing but listen... the harris benedict is only a guideline. it cant truely take into account your body type and the speed of your metabolism. Bottom Line is that you need to eat a lot more. Take in 1.5 to 2 times your body weight in protein and approx 15 to 20 calories per lb of lean bodyweight and i guarantee you put some weight on. If not, you must have cancer or some other medical condition we do not know about man.

Trust me...i know how to train. Im well aware that you have to know what works for you. I don't cheat...i use strict form..and i know how to perform proper movements for every bodypart....but w/e...anyway. When i first started, everybody said.."You gotta lift heavy to add mass." Ok so i did that. So in the beginning you get some nice gains and you get stronger. So what did i do?...I kept adding weight to all movements..and i got stronger. And i added some mass. But after awhile i noticed that i wasn't getting bigger...i was just getting stronger. So i wasn't getting anywhere. Then within the past year or so...i dropped the weight a little bit. Now people actually see that i got a little bigger. But their are people that still say, "Yanno man you'd be a brick shit house if you just put on more weight."..lol...I just laugh cuz it makes me think like wtf have i been doing all along?
Its all good...I'm not looking for a magic answer. Thanks for the input guys, Seriously:bigok:

*[[ATTENTION MODS]]*

Might as well move this to the diet or training thread.

lol...I dont have cancer, dude...lol
Its all good Leo, thanx

Well I know your goal is to be over 200lbs. And you are 6'2'' at 170lbs which is a pole. So my guess would be your training supports your build, which isn't very impressive at all. If you were around 220lbs while natural with low body fat then I would think you knew how to train.

What a dumb question that was.

No man...I was asking you how do you KNOW...as in...how the hell do you know how intense i train. WTF? You think just cuz im 170 i don't train hard?!

Calm down bro, I know when i was bulking i was consuming around 4000 to 5000 cals a day thats a huge difference from your 1800. My advice woulb be to up your cals and try to add weight that way before using AAS

Intensity means nothing if your not training smart.

You could train hard for you, but what your doing is not working so why do you want to argue about that? Seems like you would try to accept your training is off and learn from it.

Also 8 years you've trained and your saying you know how to train......

I've trained only 3 years 'hardcore/correctly' & I'm over 100lbs heavier than you. My training still might need improvement. What do you want me to say??? Your training is awesome give local seminars because your a beast??

Exactly... ALso research popular workout routines.

But I think your main problem is diet. As I know your training is off aswell , but you would see dramatic gains with a better diet.

Naturally YOU can get over 200lbs no matter how shitty your genetics are because that is no major feet.

You got it man...thanx

I've learned that when it comes to training. Its all about solid form. On good days I'll lift heavier but just like the whole sport of bodybuilding, you have to listen to the body

This is just my 2 cents but you asked what gear would help you on your first cycle, and they told you. Now the guys are trying to help you get the most out of it by telling you your diet may be off. Years ago when I started I thought I was eateing enough, then I found out how much I should be eating and it wasnt even close. You need to constantly eat even when you dont feel hungry, I assure you 1800 is not enough for you to grow on maybe just barely enough to maintain where your at.
We are just trying to help you get the most out of your cycle so you will acheive the results you want. Good Luck

Thats cool. I took everyones advice and am actually gonna start counting my cals and protein and carbs...THE RIGHT WAY. Im saying the right way because...back then i really didnt know how to calculate everything. Who knows ...mayby i could have been getting more than 1800 cals back then...and i didnt even know it. But now that i know how to calculate everything the right way and im actually weighing all my food..mayby i can reach my natural goal better.
-thanks for posting man, seriously.

Damn right man...He dont fcuk around:shoot7:

"I think in all fairness, I should explain to you exactly what it is that I do. For instance tomorrow morning ill get up nice and early, take a walk down over to the bank and... walk in and see and uh... if you don't have my money for me, I'll... crack your fuckin' head wide-open in front of everybody in the bank. And just about the time that I'm comin' out of jail, hopefully, you'll be coming out of your coma. And guess what? I'll split your fuckin' head open again. 'Cause I'm fuckin' stupid. I don't give a fuck about jail. That's my business. That's what I do."

p.s. didn't mean to thread jack lol
