new and looking for information

Hi everyone. This is an awesome board!
Just passed 40. have been seriously training for 5 years. Wasted a lot of money on personal trainers and supplements. I feel I have hit my genetic limitations (small guy with a small frame). no matter how hard I train and how much I eat, I can't see any progress any more.
So I am here to look for information and directions. I know some certain questions that I can't ask. Hopefully once I have enough posts and experience, I will gather more information.
 
hi bro, thanks. i would like to start my first cycle. doing some research on it. I think tren E is the one I would like to start with but don't know if it is right for a newbie like me. Should I take it with anything else? what the cycle should look like? Most importantly, I would like to have a good source. Of course, I know the rule is not to take about the source. But I am patient. hopefully in a short while, I can earn enough trust to get that information.

Hey bud, welcome to the board. They are a lot of forums and websites with a lot of amazing infos about cycles but please keep in mind to still continue to take your basic (such as fish oil and multi-vitamin) all year around. Steroids can be a bit harsh and you need to go the extra mile to stay healthy.

thank you for the reminder bud. I always thought I was too thin and my cholesterol was very low. But I think I should start taking the fish oil now.
 
Whats up Gents. New to all this jazz as well. Just trying to get as much advise as possible before purchasing, and doing first cycle. I'm 5'10, 183 lbs. and sitting at 11% BF. Last maxes were 320 back sqt, 255 front sqt, 300 bench, and 380 DL. Any information and/or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.
