serms and ai's during cycle

I am looking at serms and ai's for during cycle and post cycle theropy of testosterone e. I wish to mainly avoid gyno, and hair loss. I would like to avoid the other sides like water retention etc but the gyno and hair loss are the most important sides i wish to avoid. I dont mind if i make slightly less gains by being safe.

I have found the found the following clomid, arimidex, Nolva, Evista, Toremifene, Aromasin, Letro to be usefull in other peoples cycles.I have seen some people run nolva and clomid together
And for hair loss- Finistride, n2 shampoo


, what would i benefit from taking during and PCT to avoids sides espesially Gyno and Hair loss

the Finistride is a DHT blocker, i think its counter productive to the aas process, but i dont suffer extreme hair loss, i just use Mizoral every 3 day to kill DHT in the scalp

Thank you Bhrees, it was a good read. Gives a lot of information about what to take During cycle and post cycle therapy (pct).

From reading that article, im thinking that letro will be a good choice during cycle as it allows estrogen suppression in the area of 90%+, this is good! but does it suppress it too much and hinder gains?

i use aromasin , letro is good but you really need blood test since it is very powerful. you can get paranoid about gyno and crush estrogen and than means no libido
letro is good and you wont have to take it every day , but i read most using liqudex or aromasin, but that could just be availability

I know that clomid is used for pct, but do you think it can be used along side an a.I so that what estrogen you do have in your body after your type of milder a.I, the clomid can stop it reaching the breast tissue so risk of having gyno is even lower.

dont know why so many people relate gyno to post cycle therapy (pct) . gyno is related more closely to on cycle actions , anyways . aromasin or arimdex for on cycle Aromatase inhibitor (AI) to avoid all estrogenic sides like gyno , high blood pressure etc. they both work great , comes down to personal preference . post cycle therapy (pct) clomid and nolva are ideal post cycle therapy (pct) and work best together . u may want to look into Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) to prevent atrophy and allow smoother recovery in post cycle therapy (pct) , and id also have letro on hand in case for whatever reason (which it shouldnt if u use an ai) u get gyno . if u have letro u can run it as soon as gyno becomes visible and can reverse it before its too late .
