New Blood Work - Opinions

So I got my new blood work in, and it's as follows:

Total Cholesterol - 167
HDL Cholesterol - 32 - Low
LDL Cholesterol - 120
Triglycerides - 74
Chol/HDLC Ratio - 5.2 - High
Non HDL Cholesterol - 135

AST - 19
ALT - 19
LH - 7.2

Estradiol - <15

Testosterone Total - 915 (250-1100 ng/dl)
Free Testosterone - 237.9 (35.0-155.0 pg/ml)

Now I'm currently on the following:

200mg Test C per week
.625mg every 5 days (Dr. originally had me on 1.25mg every week)

A couple of concerns or questions.

1. The Dr. is wanting to put me on Lovastatin for my cholesterol. Although it's not great, I'd really prefer to keep off statins. Any recommendations?
2. I lowered my Letro from 1.25mg every 7 days to .625mg every 5 days. i did this because my joints were killing me. It's still showing my Estrogen very
low, so I was wondering what yall would recommend for dosing. I'd like to take the minimal, as I think it could be hurting my cholesterol numbers to a degree.
FYI - He's set on Letro.
3. Thoughts on my total and free test?

Also...I feel great the majority of the time, but I'm still feeling tired some. My libido is good sometimes, great sometimes, and non existant sometimes. Thoughts?

I contribute the tiredness to having a 3 year old and a 1 year old.

Thoughts?

Your estradiol looks too low. That will make you feel tired and crappy and affect your libido. Back off on the letro.

I was surprised to see your LH so high. Are you taking hcg too or anything else?

The only way I know of to stay off the statins is to eat a LOT of soluble fiber all day and every day. That is hard to do -- especially every day. But more power to you if you can modify you diet.

Your cholesterol level is fine.....try taking non flushing Niacin to bring your HDL levels up and your LDL levels down(even though the LDL aren't that bad).... I would not touch the statins until your cholesterol is over 200 (even a little higher if your HDL/LDL levels are ok) Your Tryglycrides are fine... I can't believe he would want to put you on statins with a total cholesterol of 167....but remember...I am not a doctor...

Your doc sounds scary. At least he understands that estrogen control is important, a lot of us have to supplement our testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) with RC AI's. Statins have some of the craziest lists of side effects out of all the medications, so if you can adjust your diet and let the testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) work its magic you should be able to avoid having to debate it with him. There's new evidence out now that even suggests plaque buildup from cholesterol is nonsense anyway.

The most I can realistically split my Letro pill is into 1/4's which is .625mg per dose. I'm currently spacing my doses out every 5 days.

What would yall suggest I space it out at, 7 days? More than 7?

Also, should I be worried about my levels peaking and bottoming out with spacing that far between? I'm not sure the half life of Letro.

If you have the cash, just buy some liquidex from rui. So much easier to control your dosages with liquid AI's. Start off with .25mg EoD and go from there.
