new chest workout

I started to Plateua on my bench. I started a new workout today

flat dumbell benchpress- 55lbsx12 warmup
65lbsx 8 warmup
3sets 75lbsx5
incline dumbell press-3sets 55lbsx 8-10

weighted dips 45lbs 3sets to failure

incline flyes 3sets 15lbsx12


could i get feed back on this chest routine

Exactly. Everyone is so quick to give up on certain things before giving themselves a chance to evaluate their true effectiveness. Give it some time and see how you progress and then make adjustments as necessary.
