tdee is 2943 (i used the x1.55) i train 5-6 times a week usually 1 hr weights and do cardio after when i can, and days off i do a full cardio session.

I eat alot of broccoli in my meals around 500g a day...
 
You said anybody.. So for what its worth or not worth here is my opinion:

I would switch the macros a bit if it were me personally. You're running at about:

Protein - 50%
Carb - 25%
Fat - 25%

If you don't wanna cycle carbs and keep it static like that I would change my macros to maybe something closer to:

Protein - 50%
Carb - 10%
Fat - 45%

So it would end up looking like:

2544 K/cal

Protein - 316g
Carb - 63g
Fat - 127g

I think with these new macros you would encourage your body to burn fat more efficiently. Only my opinion but if I were to follow a static diet in order to cut I would try and keep the carbs pretty low maybe even lower. However I'd probably only diet like this 10-16 weeks at a time.

Just food for thought. You did say "anybody".
