New Cycle Help

Looking to add lean mass....

I have done 4 cycles before all bulking and one cutting. Im happy with my shape at the moment just need more of it.

Stats -
age - 22
height - 6ft 4
weight - 95kg / 210 pounds / 14stone 11

This is what im think -
Week 1-4 Dianabol/ pink stars 4 a day.
Week 2-10 Test 500mg twice per week for 8weeks
Week 10-16 t3's Clomid

Any input please?
 
At twenty two i hope you dont need 1gram of test!

Im guessing here but looking at your heigth size ratio, and keeping in mind that you already had 4 cycles, that you can only gain on a cycle? If so, then your cycles will be minimal gains also.

Drop the test to 250mg x 2 a week, weeks 1-4 30mgs of dball. Try and get some Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) which you can run during your cycle 500iu every 5days. GET SOMETHING FOR ESTROGEN SYMPTOMS! And for the love of god i hope your not planning on running t3 for pct?

Most importantly: Eat at least 1.5grams of protein per pound of lean bodyweigth, train with 100% intensity, go low volume(yes you can overtrain when on steroids).

But in all honesty, start studying what your doing. At your heigth you should be at 220 as a natty, heavy deadlifts and squats will do that to you.

I will say this time and a time again, if you cant grow as a natty, steroids will do more bad to your health then add mass.

Oh and leave those sheep alone;)

Start the Test the first week, not week 2, and run for 10-12 weeks.

I wouldn't run T3 after the cycle ends, not a very opportune time for it.

PCT (Clomid) should start 14 days after last injection, not immediately as you have laid out.

Can't comment on the Test dosage because you didn't state your previous cycle history.

Have you thought about cutting the Test back some and adding another compound ??
 
stone cold have done a cycle with 500mg a week of test. put on decent mass. im now looking to bulk up a little more and then cut down for the summer. any advise?

mikea i used to be 235 pounds last year but cut down as i play rugby and you need to be big fit and fast, not just a lump. i want to be 220, with about 10% bf. im now 210 with around 11%. i was benching 130kg for 6x3 last year and squating 190kg so my training is pretty good thanks!! train 5 times a week 3 weights 2 fitness (out of season) then train 6 times per week in season more fitness thou. only two gym session maybe 3 if i can fit it in without overloading.

my biiggest down fall is protein in take as you say 1.5 x body weight i dont get to close to this. i eat very clean but have totalled up and found i eat about 150-200 grams per day.
 
I'm also new and need help. I don't know how to start a new thread so i will post here. I'm 30, 6', 190. Been lifting for 12 years and im going to do my first cycle. I've got all the ancillary meds arimidex, clomid, Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG). For post cycle.
The doc recommended this cycle.

Test cyp. 200mg/wk
Deca 200mg/wk
Winny 50mg/EOD
For 22 weeks. I know its a long cycle. Ive been thinking of bumping up the Deca to 300-400/wk. Or front loading the Deca 400/wk for the first month. What do you think? Please dont just say "I can only recommend Test at 250/wk".
