Hey Gents - I need some help from the PROS here. A buddy and I have done 2 deca only cycles over the past 2 years and are ready to beef-up the program. Based upon the research I've done, this is what I've come up with. Is this the program we want to go with?
Basics: 6'4, 205, mid 30's, low bf, workout 5x/wk, very fit. Looking to gain great muscle with minimal health risks all while keeping the program simple.
Deca - 400mg/wk for 8 weeks (Ttokkyo Nandrolone 300 or Tornel 200)
Enanthate - 500mg/sk for 8 wks (Tornel T200 or T250)
Dbol - 25mg/day for 3 wks (Ttokkyo dbol)
Clomid (Hoechs Omifin) - post cycle
Nolvadex - as needed
Nothing more, nothing less?!?!
Now my thoughts and questions......
(1) My understanding is that I should mix the deca & enanthate together and take for 8 weeks while taking the dbol daily for 3 weeks. Is this correct? Is 8 weeks the right amount of time for the deca and enanthate or should the deca be 6 weeks and the test 8?
(2) Can I skip the dbol? (Am concerned about hairloss, bloating and acne.)
(3) Is there ANYTHING else I should take DURING the cycle above (other than having the Nolvadex on hand, flax seed oil, milk thistle, vitamins, protein and food)? I've read about Proviron, Armidex and other things but am not clear if any of these are needed. Will the deca/enanthate/dbol be sufficient??
(4) AFTER completing week 8 (and hence the deca, enanthate & dbol), is there a need to start anything else other than the clomid...or am I good to go? If something else is needed, what, how much, when??
