Hello Guys.
Finally!!! The time has come for me to start jabbing up. My stats are about 180lbs, 24 years old, 5foot 9 ish. Been training for a couple of years with 2 cycles before this. I am trying to make the most out of this cycle. My goal is to put on a lot of size, like get to 200lbs with a big increase in strength and maybe some fat loss although i am not too worried about this.
Here is my cycle:
Week 1: 1G Test E, 500mg Deca, 50MG Proviron everyday
Week 2-12: 500mg Test E, 500mg Deca, 50mg proviron everyday
week 6-14: 50mg winstrol ED as well as 50mg Proviron Ed and also clenbuterol in 2 weeks on 2 weeks off stack. Will be tapering up and down. I will be running 2 of the 2 week clen cycle so from week 6-14 I will be running 2 clen cycles.
Week 1-12: I will be running Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) twice a week at 500iu doses. Also clomid 50mg ED.
Week 14-18: Will be doing 150mg Clomid day 1 with 60mg nolva and after that 100mg clomid for a week with nolva 40mg per week and then 50mg clomid per week and nolva 20mg per week
I am using the winstrol mainly to harden up and i have heard it is good for strength. The clen i thought i may be able to lose fat and it cant really hurt.
I will be taking approx 150g protein in shakes and the same in food everyday. Total calories i would say about 4000. Diet fairly clean but not really concentrating on that now.
Training more or less every day except weekends.
Let me know guys as i have put a lot of effort into this cycle so want to get the most from it. Hope i have given all info you guys need. Let me know your opinions. Your help is much appreciated guys
