Whats up guys, Ive been training for over 3 years been on a good diet but i cheat every now and then, I stay in the gym 4 days outta the week MON, TUES, THURS, FRI. Atleast 1hr half. Ive read alot on the net eat more train harder but hey sometimes it doesnt work for the individual to gain by doing that Like me i have a SKY ROCKET metabolism and it sucks, HARD to gain anything. Im a newbie to gear but fixin to start a beginners cycle my buddy did for his first and wanted some opinions.

Week 1-10 Testaplex E250

1 500mg
2 500mg
3 500mg
4 500mg
5 500mg
6 500mg
7 500mg
8 500mg
9 500mg
10 500mg

Week 11-13 Clomid

11- 100mg (everyday)
12 - 50mg (everyday)
13 - 50mg (everyday)

With a good diet, Hard intense training with this cycle what would yall say in gains would be? Better yet before asking that, What do ya'll think about the cycle as a simple beginner cycle first? If its an ok cycle to start with after completing all 13 weeks ill take 13 weeks off. How long before i should possibly start another cycle? Any advice would be Great I know how to take criticism if any. THANKS GUYS- KEN

pct sucks though have nolva on hand incase of gyno
also something for bloat aifm is a good choice
a little more reading on pct
time on = time off including pct
