They were legging so I figured I would try it during this blast brought them from a mezly 16" to 17 1/4
I figured I wouldmtake gram of trens advice, and did put on some size in the bi's doing so
Even tho me and gram had our issues I still gave it a go and been working slowly

Arms are 2/3 triceps there broskie! If concentrate on heavy barbell work. Forget about single dumbbell work for after the 18'x show up and u want to work on peak an such.
Include narrow grip and also wide grip. Overhead single dumbbell tricep ext r my fav for triceps, the hard part I'd finding a bench with a low back where the dumbbell can go all ths way down behind my head without hitting a scraping hair off my head

It'll never happen. I don't need someone to reinforce how I look. I know my pros and cons. I'm an old man now, nothing to see here :)

IMO if you can train for 3 hours working one or two muscle groups, you need to raise the intensity of your workout. Frankly, the only day in your split that should take over 1.5 hours is leg/traps.
 
Slow neg reps are the shit for shocking ur muscles. I do a 10 count slowly. Try using a weight u can barley get to 10 with without spot help. Keep form tight..3 sets
