Hey guys, I'm new here. I've lurked this site though for quite a long time, I have been able to answer any questions I've had just from reading here so I've never really felt the need to post anything really. I'm not a body builder type, I'm a Military athlete, all my fitness training revolves around swimming long distance with fins, running with weight, and high lift to body weight ratios. I tend to dabble on the performance enhancement side of life as safely as possible, hence my presence here. Anyways I thought I'd register so maybe I can bring a different fitness perspective to the table and continue building my knowledge up.
