New guy looking for some great advice on weight loss and muscle building.

Hey guys, so this is my first time posting a thread. Im looking for some advice when is comes to weight loss and also muscle building.

I'd say that I am over weight because of my lack of continuously working out due to a couple of torn ligaments in ankle from rugby. Because of this I have added extra weight that have haunted me for over a year now.

I'm 19 years old, 6 feet, 210 lbs, my goal is to totally get in shape for next year so that I can join the university's rugby team, I have been lifting for a good 3 years now but i feel a little advice can help me out real good

Is there any fat loss supplements that you guys would recommend?
