Not sure where to turn currently looking for a new physician since my last one completely failed me. I have been going to him for years and in the last 5 I have been having issues with sleep, depression, sex, basically what I find out now has possibly been due to low t.

So being frustrated and basically getting to the bottom of the barrel I decided to get a blood exam. Guess what I found!? My total test is 240!!! Well looks to me like that could be an issue. I am 33 healthy well currently on disability due to an injury at work so unable to workout only allowed to walk and weightless excersises. I havent gained any weight since injury but lost my abs, eat pretty clean.

So I found this website and it looks like I can hopefully begin to feel better. What I would like to try and find is a trt doc that excepts insurance or a gp in my area. I could really use your guys help in guiding me in the right direction.

Looks like you have Secondary Hypogonadism. I would reconfirm the lab result by getting another blood test done. Make sure you go first thing in the morning.

I have a sticky posted in this TRT forum which should be at the top of the thread list. It is called Basic TRT Overview. Give that a read through to help understand what is going on and what the next steps are.

Also, get your prolactin checked out when you go in for blood work again. A thyroid panel would be good to have as well since it can affect your testosterone.

Finally, any idea what is going on with your liver? Your numbers are elevated.

Thanks bud, I have an appt wih a new doc monday. I did read you sticky and about 100 differnt articles. Yours was very helpful, new doc is going to send me for a complete panel. Original test was done in morning and this one will be also.
I am guessing it has to do with pain meds, I don't take them everyday but the night before I took 2. I am gonna pick up some liv52 or have my surgeon script something. I also wonder since I am recovering that might elevate liver enzymes. Good thing I don't drink lol
