Hey guys, I'll introduce myself a little

I'm 30 years old and bodybuilding since I was 17

I'm aiming for a competition on Oktober 30st

Current stats

217 LBS @ 7.5 BF

Arms 18.5 INCH
Waist 31 INCH
Bench 375 x 6
Squat 425 x 8
DL 500 x 8


Been cruising on 500mg Test for 2 months and started my cycle yesterday, I would have started last monday but was sick for a whole week so had to abort the decision and let me body rest before starting the new cycle

Goals is competing in the -90kg Class ( -198lbs )

1 - 6 : Test Prop 100mg ED
1 - 5 : Tren Ace 50mg ED
1 - 7 : Mast Prop 100mg ED

5 - 7 : Tren A 100mg ED
6 - 7 : Mast Prop 100mg ED

4 - 7 : Winstrol 50mg ED
4 - 7 : Anavar 50mg ED
5 - 7 : Halo 20mg ED

1 - 5 : Arimidex 0.5mg EOD
5 - 7 : Arimidex 1mg EOD

1 - 6 : Pharma HGH 2.5 IU ED + 100MCG T4 ( been running for 4 months now )
 
217@7.5% BF means you would be dead at 198lbs as that's under 0% body fat percentage. (217*7.5%=16.3lbs of existing body fat. 217-198=19lbs. 5% body fat is EXTREMELY lean; so I think you may be off a little in your numbers)

I just don't think your plan to lose 19lbs in a little over a month at the sub ten percent mark is realistic, but your cycle looks like the typical pre-contest stack that's popular right now. Well, minus the halo and such a short duration.

I shaved off to 211.5 LBS now in 3 days with the cardio and diet adjustment.

I did a shoot 2 months ago where I was nice and dry, not bone dry as fuck but very nice shape and I was 202 lbs so could easily shave off another 3 lbs if needed and go a bit deeper

Last year I was 189lbs contest weight and could have been a BIT more pealed I guess on D day

So you're going to go completely into ketosis? Are you worried about coming in flat, or having an electrolyte imbalance? Cramps would suck imo, but I have seen it done.

Are you planning on doing a glycogen refeed the day of? If so, what are you planning on doing about ab bloat? (not that everyone gets it, but it is pretty common going from completely dry to a spike in fluids from all the carbs.)

I'm not trying to be difficult, just trying to understand. :)
 
I'm fortunate to have shredded abs all year even in offseason I bloat mainly in face , arms and back

Well last time I just did some low carb days ( did not deplete ) up to 2 nights before the show and then started eating. to be honest I looked my best at 87.5-87.8 kg's back then. I took an Aldactone and I'm never doing that cause I haven't looked that shitty and flat in years. It looked like I just couldn't fill up and get that pump

I always indicate my fulness and pump in my physique by my forearms, the pop and veins on them and my rear delt. when I'm full even when on diet and feel tight and full I will look nice 3D in those areas but after taking the aldactone I completely vanished

For the shoot I want low carb for 5 days straight ( still 100 oats en half a baggy of rice ) and then did Mc donalds and ice cream night before with natural Fluid fighters from a local supp brand like water out or fluid loss. I took 2 of those every 2-3 hours and when I got up at night I took 2 , morning 2 , around midday 2 and didn't drank and I must say I looked very very nice. could have gone deeper but I ddn't do any cardio for the shoot so I was pleased with the result.

Sorry bud, but this just doesn't add up...

Your pics are awesome and your symmetry is great - but you CAN'T realistically be 7.5% bodyfat right now and plan on losing another 20lbs, otherwise your plan is to lose a shitload of muscle - which is just nuts.

How did you come about your 7.5% bodyfat reading?
Calipers? Dexa scan? or just guesstimate from charts and current pics?

An accurate current bodyfat reading would put us in a much better position to help you out.

I ll not comment on the math or body fat as I m out classed already I always s thought water immersion and it is still my understanding the only way to know but I know u look great..but I m the old dude who was a force in the 80 s now just a farce in camo likting to get laid or paid..either or.
