Hey all! Am so glad to be able to visit this forum and learn more about bodybuilding from you'll. I am a fitness model hoping to take the next step after 5 solid years of working out and modeling.
my stats are: age 25, weight 170 pounds, height 5 8" bodyfat 24 Have been doing all around workouts and strength training for over 5 years and have competed in a couple triathlons. but have always been afraid of needles. lol. Now I'm looking to get a little bigger and shred. A big problem for me is that I love to eat and its showing in unwanted areas :( and I have done all the natural things that I can think of.

Any tips and advice will be warmly received as I proceed down the road to a better and shredder body.
 
First welcome to the board ur at the right place to learn everything u need to know and to get ripped it's all about diet and cardio gear just helps u not lose muscle while cutting so ur gonna have to get the diet down first my freind healthy choices and u can eat a lot fish chicken super lean meats
