I'm new So I was diagnosed with hypogonadism and low hgh at the age of 22 by blood work and a GH Stimulation Test. 31 years old now. I was tired all the time and never had any motivation all through life. Plus my penis and testicles were smaller than the average guy. So I figured something was wrong. I was tested for tumors on the pituitary gland but that came back fine. I was put on androgel and genotropin. I only took the genotropin for 2 years b/c I had to move for a job and new insurance didn't cover it. However, I stuck with the Androgel and been on that for almost 10 years now. This barely helped. Anyway, for the past year my endocrinologist of 7 years has been giving me a shot of 1.5mL cyp every month. Still nothing. I recently came across this website and by the way all of you treat one another on here it makes me feel welcome. Most sites people just talk sh!t and that's not me. Yesterday I came across Maximus as well and I am getting on a program. I want to share with all of you my blood work that came back recently that shows my insides are that of a 90 year old man. (Probably worse). Just so you all know it's been like this for 10 years. I don't know how I am still alive due to extreme depression and anxiety and no motivation to live for years. Items in Bold are the negative ones. Here they are:

T4 = 7.7 ()=Acceptable Range (4.5 - 10.9)
TSH 3rd Generation = 1.71 (.55 - 4.78)
T4 Free = 1.22 (.80 - 1.80)
FSH = 1.3 (1.4 - 18.1)
LH = 3.45 (1.5 - 9.3)
Testosterone = 204 (300 - 1080)
SHBG = 27 (11 - 80)
Free Testosterone = 39 (47 - 244)
# Test, % Free = 1.9 (1.6 - 2.9)
Vitamin D = 17 (30 - 100)
Thyroid Antibody = 58.3 (less than 60)
IGH1 = 240 (89 - 350)

I have a lot more test results but felt these were the ones most important. My testosterone has been always in the 100's. Im shocked it made it over 200 this time.

So obviously I am still single because I have no interest in the opposite sex. No, I am not gay just 0 libido. I miss those days when I was 12 and I would see a hot girl and get a boner. I hope to meet someone and eventually have kids. Although, there is a chance I might have KlineFelter's Syndrome now as well. For those of you who never heard of that, you might want to check it out. I just found out about it and every symptom is me.

Anyway, right now I am waiting to talk with Maximus on Monday to get the ball rolling.

Does anyone have any suggestions, advice or comments to make me feel any better and possible boost my motivation that maybe I will start a new life????? Thanks for reading this.

Welcome. You've definitely come to the right place.

Calling Chip at Maximus is the best thing you could do. He'll get you straightened out in a hurry.

You obviously have very complicated issues so hard for me to give advice - way over my pay grade. Assuming you are OK to go with Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), you have gotten in touch with the right help.

Maximus is great and they'll get you one the right protocol for you.

Your testosterone readings are about where I was when I started Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) pre-Maximus. One thing I can say with strong confidence is even though I wasn't optimized with the help of Chip on a Maximus protocol, I felt almost instantly better. Especially libido. However, I hit a wall with my doctor and was fortunate enough to come across this forum while researching what to do next. After monitoring and learning for a few months, I got in touch with Chip and w/in a week I was on my way to being optimized - that's exactly where I am now!

Welcome to Team Maximus and keep us posted on your results.

ALL HAIL MAXIMUS!

agreed 110% you will be in good hands

Welcome.

Looks like Hypogonadtropic Hypogonadism, Im suprised that your testosterone isnt higher than 204 ng/dl, I know Androgel from my personal experience of the last 3 months took my pathetic level to 535 ng/dl.

Seems your doing the right thing calling Chip, hes the expert around this forum for sure.

Although im not yet there myself ( still on transdermals) Im guessing like alot here you will feel much much better on Test Cyp and an AI.

Did you have a e2 test by any chance?

You are in the right place for advice I can say that much.

Vigilante - Is E2 Estradiol? If so than yes I did get that checked as well. My levels were 37.7. The range on report for normal is 7.6 - 42.6. So I'm in the normal range but not sure if higher is good or bad. I forgot to mention that these other 2:

T3 = 124 (normal range 71 - 180)
Prolactin = 15 (normal range is 4 - 15.2)

I've actually been doing so much research that I found Klinefelter syndrome somewhere. After reading all the symptoms it sounds like me to a tee. However, I don't have boobs (yet) thank god and I'm not tall. 5'10 actually.

I'm glad to hear everyone on here talk positive about Chip. That gives me a lot of hope. The only concern I have is getting bulky muscles rather than being lean and cut. Is there a way to balance that? Thanks.

For me, I tend to do better on the higher end of the E2 range. I haven't pinned it down real tight yet, but I know 14 is too low for me and I feel pretty good in the 40's. Still working on it though. Of course, your E2 is likely to change as you start Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), but Chip with help you address all that. Just keep in mind that everyone responds differently.

e2 is estradiol or oestradiol as it is here yeah, if im correct in my research transdermal testosterone (androgel/testogel/testim) does send e2 up higher than injects mainly because of the Aromatase enzyme found in fat cells. I think its around 22-23 pg/nl where "sweet" spot is if you are to believe everything you read.

I wouldnt be concerned with bulky muscles either, thats more a choice of training and diet ( diet being 80% of the factor ), Testosterone in the "normal" for you range would more than likely give you more energy and strength, its not as if you are pumping it like a steriod user.
